Charlene Gagnon works on a number of systems level initiatives and partnerships for YWCA Halifax in the areas of youth sexual exploitation and women’s housing & homelessness.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Anthropology from MSVU, and has over a decade of experience in advocacy with and inclusion of vulnerable populations.
